The Latin America Business Environment Learning Leadership workshop "Academic/Business Alliances in the Formation of  Leaders for Sustainable Business" was held in Buenos Aires, Argentina (November 18-19, 2004).

Faculty provided insight to cases presented by Vidal Flores of ALCOA, Inc., regarding community engagement and by Jorge Fiormonti, President of Hidroinyector Fiormonti SA, on bringing his automotive emissions reduction product to market.  Conference participants also heard a presention on the profile of tomorrow's business leader given by A. Di Natale, the Director of Sustainability at Edenor SA. Finally, the LA BELL Network awarded Luis Felipe Machado do Nascimento de la Universidad Federal de Rio Grande do Sul in Brazil with the first South American Faculty Award for Sustainable Enterprise.
